Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your ‘not new’ purchase, we will happily offer you the following options:

For items purchased online for delivery, return is to be logged and received at Hanger HQ within 7 days of the delivery receipt. As we are a pre-loved clothing company, we do not offer returns to cash. You are welcome to exchange the item for something else, or you can have a credit note for future purchases – the credit note is to be used within three months.

For items purchased online for collection, the item is to be collected within 7 days of purchase. If you choose not to try the item on when collecting from our store, you will not be able to return or exchange the item. We strongly suggest you try on when collecting, as if the item doesn’t fit, you have the option to exchange or return for a credit note.

For items purchased in store, we do not allow returns or exchanges. This is because you have had the opportunity to try the items on and make sure you are happy with them.

Please note that items bought with Payflex, on sale, with a coupon code or items that are already marked down will not be eligible for the above return options.

Returns Ts&Cs

  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition 
  • ‘New’, ‘never worn’ or ‘new with tags,’ must be returned in the same condition
  • Returns can be logged through our website – follow the easy process
  • Pick up point returns with Pargo cost R100 & would be for your account
  • Return drop off’s at our office are free
